Project Overview
Enroller is a comprehensive school enrolments platform geared towards international students. I was brought on board to design the entire user experience across multiple user types - students, educational institutions, and agency partners.
Marketplace with School Discovery
Students find schools the way they actually search: browsing the marketplace, switching to a map to see what is nearby, and filtering by location to narrow hundreds of options down to a shortlist worth applying to.
Student Application Portal
Designed outward from the student's journey, the portal carries an application end to end - a dashboard to track progress, offers to weigh up and accept, and the enrolment steps that turn an offer into a confirmed place.
Agency Management System
The partner side gives agencies a clear hierarchy to manage - the agency, the branches beneath it and the users in each - so a large recruiting network stays organised without losing track of who sits where.
